JNI Process/Industrial

JNI have a long history of process works, this ranges from flow meters to new water treatment plants. We have recently completed a project that involved two of our disciplines, process and hazardous area works, this project required the installation of six flow meters in highly flammable MIBC lines. JNI was engaged to perform both the electrical and mechanical installation. Once the mechanical install was completed by one of business trading partners, JNI commenced the cabling installation and conduiting, this involved careful planning as it required the continuous operation of the washplant facility, working at height and the operation of Elevated Work Platforms in very restrictive work areas. Once cabling and termination works were completed, JNI then commenced commissioning the project. Commissioning of this project involved statutory sign off for hazardous area works, sign off by the process engineer and systems engineer, once JNI had proven full system operation through our clients Citec system.
