Our client required a relocatable power supply, able to withstand the harsh environment of the mining industry, yet at the same time offering maximum asset security and meeting Coal Mining Act requirements with regard to High Voltage approach distances.
JNI were able to provide a turnkey solution for this project by providing a transportable skid, through its trading partner Taurus Energy, for this project we provided an extension to existing 6.6KV overhead transmission line, inclusive of new pole installation and HV switch gear. Coupled with the underground HV cable for the Transformer, this turned out to be a successful project with JNI providing all services required to bring this project to a timely finish.
